Cloudy White Substance in Feces? - white strands in feces

Hey guys, I realized that after I go to the toilet I saw in the bathroom and saw, hovering, like the white masses thaat seemed like a group of son or how it was a cloud. Then the white masses are at the top of the water was much smaller. I noticed that before and at the end is pinworms, but I have the medication for this. I wonder if someone could tell me what is and should be a concern?
