My church is producing with a church () of the anniversary and a souvenir magazine. Members can provide sites for one price. I give a page in memory of my parents. This is the price paid for the tax deductibility of the page?

You can not deduct the full price. If you pay more than the value (I do not know how to determine the value), then you can have the difference between what you pay and bring the value deducted.
Probably not.
Questions of the church when the "gift" to the final account of the years included, are to give consent. If so, then the IRS is likely to accept.
